Sales Operation Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Identify potential customers and partners within the education sector (students,

institutions, and other stakeholders).

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and on-ground activities.
• Convert leads into successful sales by building strong relationships and

understanding customer needs.

2. Customer Interaction:

• Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Present Propellds products and services in a clear, engaging, and professional

manner.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of

clients.

4. Market Research:

• Gather insights into customer preferences and competitor activities in the Pune

region.

• Provide feedback to the team on market trends to refine sales strategies.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and status

updates.

• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress and performance.
