Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and generate leads for home loan products
*Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements
*Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
*Follow up on leads and convert them into successful closures
*Maintain relationships with clients for future business opportunities
*Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
*Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales (Loan products preferred)
*Freshers with interest in field sales may also apply
*Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
*Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
*Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
