Preferred candidate profile Key Responsibilities : Gather, analyze, and document requirements related to digital payment systems and platforms Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into functional specifications Write user stories and acceptance criteria following BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles Engage with global stakeholders across time zones (US shift coverage required) Ensure seamless coordination across Agile squads for sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Key Skills : Strong domain expertise in Digital Payments (ACH, RTGS, SWIFT, UPI, wallets, cross-border, etc.) Experience working within or for HSBC or similar global banks is highly preferable Proficiency in UX/UI collaboration and understanding of customer journey mapping Excellent communication and documentation skills Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodology Work Hours : 4:00 PM 12:00 AM IST (US Eastern Time overlap)
