Job Summary:
The Sales Officer / Sr. Sales Officer will be responsible for generating business for Home Loans and related financial products. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. The position requires proactive market engagement, strong communication, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining compliance with company standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities: Business Generation:
Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and references.
Promote and sell Home Loan products to individuals and business clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Cross-Selling:
Actively cross-sell other banking products such as insurance, credit cards, or personal loans.
Build long-term customer relationships to increase overall business volume.
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle customer inquiries and guide them through the loan process.
Ensure smooth onboarding of customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Provide excellent post-sales service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Field Sales Operations:
Conduct field visits daily to meet prospective customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients.
Documentation & Compliance:
Collect and verify all required documents from clients.
Ensure adherence to company policies, audit norms, and process compliance.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for smooth processing.
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain regular MIS reports and update lead trackers.
Participate in daily sales meetings and share activity reports with managers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

📋 Desired Candidate Profile:Education: Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Fresher or up to 4 years of experience in sales.
Candidates from BFSI, Real Estate, or Insurance sales will have an added advantage.
Requirements:
Two-wheeler and valid driving license – Mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Good communication in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
💰 Compensation & Benefits: CTC: ₹2.94 – ₹4 LPA (Depending on experience and interview performance).
