  • Develop and execute sales plans to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets for assigned territory, including volume and revenue goals.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maximize individual and team results.

    Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to understand their needs and negotiate favourable sales agreements.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay updated on market trends to inform sales strategies.

Distribution Channel Management:

  • Oversee the distribution network, including managing stock levels, ensuring product availability at retail outlets, and optimizing delivery logistics.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing strategies, promotional plans, and new product launches to drive market penetration.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Regularly monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement to take corrective actions when necessary.

Budget Management:

  • Manage sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the HORECA sales or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution channels, and retail dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
