Prepare quantity take-offs , BOQs (Bill of Quantities) , and cost estimates for civil, FRP, and infrastructure works. Assist in tender preparation , rate analysis , and bid documentation . Manage client and subcontractor billing , including verification of measurements and work done . Prepare deviation statements , variation claims , and cost control reports . Monitor project budgets , ensure cost optimization, and highlight variances. Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely completion and quality compliance. Maintain up-to-date records of all commercial documents and site reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 38 years of hands-on experience in construction / FRP / infrastructure / contracting works. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD , MS Excel , and estimation tools . Familiarity with CPWD / DSR / SOR standards and local market rates. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Good communication skills in English and Tamil. Preferred Candidate Profile: Two-wheeler is mandatory (for site visits and client coordination). Candidates with experience in Tamil Nadu PWD projects or private infrastructure contracts preferred. Must be willing to travel to project sites as required. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
