Key Responsibilities Quality Systems & Compliance Implement, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with FSSC, FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and other statutory and regulatory requirements. Track and resolve food safety and quality-related statutory issues with proper documentation. Support internal/external audits and lead implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Vendor & Supplier Quality Management Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality compliance with defined parameters. Conduct vendor audits and evaluations to ensure consistent quality and reliability. Monitor the quality of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM); manage non-conformance as per established procedures. Production & Process Quality Control Oversee in-process checks and final product evaluations to meet company and regulatory standards. Validate and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and GMP practices across production lines. Work closely with the production team to align quality controls with production schedules. Coordinate inspection and testing of RM/PM and finished goods. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as the quality point of contact for customers and the Plant Head. Handle customer complaints and product rejections; manage rework or segregation of non-conforming materials. Training & Team Support Conduct internal training sessions to promote quality compliance and awareness. Support QA team development and cross-departmental quality competence building.
