Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Officer with at least 3 years of proven experience in FMCG / Dairy / Food & Beverage sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening market presence in Haryana, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for dairy product categories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Appoint new distributors and channel partners in assigned territories.
• Ensure availability, visibility, and proper merchandising of products at outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits, generate leads, and resolve channel partner issues.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Support in promotional activities, product launches, and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG / Dairy / Food Products.
• Strong distributor/channel management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of sales reporting tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Local market knowledge of Bhiwani and nearby areas is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
