Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products • Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the companys business • Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business • Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan • Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans • Maintain credit quality • Onboard new channel partners • Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
• 15 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector • Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred; Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered • Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region • Excellent interpersonal skills • Customer handling and relationship-building abilities • Result-oriented and self-motivated • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
