Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales of building materials such as wall panels(PVC/Charcoal/WPC) plywood, wall panels, wallpaper, and home decor products to customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in B2C or retail sales environment.
Strong knowledge of building materials like plywood, wall panels, wallpaper, etc. .
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
