Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished dairy products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality specifications, and food safety norms.
• Maintain proper documentation of test results and prepare reports as per company guidelines.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Develop, validate, and implement testing methods for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve any quality-related issues.
• Monitor hygiene and safety protocols within the laboratory.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QC/QA laboratory (preferably in the dairy/food industry).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, food safety standards, and ISO guidelines.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
