Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in credit cards or related fields. Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals. Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and competitor analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer queries and concerns. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in credit cards or related fields, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of motivation and energy. Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector, including credit card products, services, and regulations. Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd or similar institutions is an advantage.
