Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the BFSI industry, specifically with Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in credit cards or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
