Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the BFSI sector, specifically with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in credit cards or related fields, and possess excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in credit cards or related fields. Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with sales software and technology is an advantage.
