Sales Merchandiser

As a B2B Merchandiser at our Noida factory, your role will involve managing the production process end-to-end, ensuring timely and quality delivery of orders. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate and oversee all aspects of production. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete production cycle including sampling, approvals, order processing, and final dispatch. - Handle initial sales coordination and understand basic customer requirements. - Prepare and update all relevant documents, production sheets, costing sheets, and order trackers. - Monitor daily production status at the factory and ensure timelines are met. - Coordinate with customers for updates, approvals, and requirement changes. - Conduct quality checks and ensure the final shipment meets standards before dispatch. - Work closely with the production team, vendors, and quality team to resolve issues. - Prepare costing, pricing, and negotiate when required. - Maintain inventory-related updates, order follow-ups, and documentation. - Support management with any additional merchandising or production-related tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in merchandising and production handling, specifically in garments/textiles/home furnishing. - Strong knowledge of production flow, costing, quality checkpoints, and documentation. - Ability to communicate confidently with customers and factory teams. - Good command of Excel / Google Sheets for updating data. - Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, factory environment and manage multiple orders. Preferred: - Knowledge of sampling, trims, fabrics, and basic quality standards. - Ability to handle customer queries and support initial sales conversations.
