Roles & Responsibilities: Merchandise Planning: Develop and implement merchandise plans for jewellery collections, aligning with seasonal strategies and brand identity. Product Selection: Select jewellery pieces based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines. Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays that enhance the shopping experience and highlight key product features. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure timely replenishment of popular items. Pricing and Markdown Strategies: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform pricing decisions and markdown strategies. Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement. Sales Support: Provide sales support to sales teams, including answering customer questions, providing product information, and handling returns.
