Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong network and proven background in non-ferrous metals or relevant industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic client relationships, managing marketing initiatives, and expanding the companys presence across target industries.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goalsBuild and nurture long-term client relationships in the steel, nuclear, aerospace, and electronics sectorsGenerate leads, convert opportunities, and meet/exceed sales targetsEngage in technical discussions with clients regarding metal applications and custom alloy solutionsConduct competitor and market analysis to refine outreach and product offeringsCreate marketing materials, manage digital outreach, and coordinate with design/content teamsParticipate in industry exhibitions, B2B networking events, and client presentationsCollaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and post-sales supportProvide performance reports, forecasting, and marketing strategy updates to senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Business Administration, or MarketingMasters degree preferred810 years of experience in sales/marketing within metals, alloys, or industrial B2B sectorsStrong existing network in nuclear, defense, electronics, or optical industriesProficiency with ERP/CRM systems, reporting tools, and data-driven marketing strategiesExcellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skillsStrong understanding of non-ferrous metals like aluminium, copper, brass, lead, bismuth, antimony, gallium, indium, etc.
