Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring seamless operations from concept to completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners to enhance long-term engagement. Identify and approach potential sponsors, negotiate sponsorship deals, and secure financial or in-kind support for events. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, courses, and publications effectively. Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets. Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for client pitches and sponsorship meetings. Represent the company at events and networking opportunities to expand the client base. Monitor event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure profitability and success. Analyze event and marketing performance data to refine strategies for maximum impact. Qualifications MBA degree from a well-known, recognized college in Mumbai (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
