Marketing & Sales – Corporate and Institutional Focus (Primary Role):· Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients, including HR managers, L&D heads, school/college administrators, and event organizers. Use both digital (LinkedIn, email marketing, social media) and offline channels (networking events, cold visits, referrals). Stakeholder Engagement: Initiate contact with key stakeholders from corporate companies, educational institutions, and business networks. Set up and attend in-person or virtual meetings to understand their needs and explain how our services align with their goals. Presentation & Pitching: Deliver customized presentations and demos for corporate training modules and membership plans. Explain the unique value proposition of our offerings of experiential learning and how it enhances team dynamics, strategic thinking, and communication. Client Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with leads and existing clients. Act as a consultative partner, suggesting the most relevant offerings—be it memberships, one-time workshops, or ongoing engagements. Campaigns & Branding: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (emailers, social media, events). Collaborate with the content/design team to create engaging material like brochures, decks, and proposal documents. Coordination & Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, follow up for meeting confirmations, and ensure timely coordination between clients and the training/facilitation team. Sales Closure & Reporting: Track conversion rates, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing (if authorized), and ensure smooth on-boarding of new corporate members or training participants. Maintain sales reports and dashboards to share progress and insights with the leadership team.
