Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and business-savvy Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA from a well-known, recognized college in Mumbai and possess strong skills in client management, event coordination, sponsorship acquisition, and sales generation. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with hands-on event execution and relationship building to drive the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring seamless operations from concept to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners to enhance long-term engagement.
• Identify and approach potential sponsors, negotiate sponsorship deals, and secure financial or in-kind support for events.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, courses, and publications effectively.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for client pitches and sponsorship meetings.
• Represent the company at events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
• Monitor event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure profitability and success.
• Analyze event and marketing performance data to refine strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• MBA degree from a well-known, recognized college in Mumbai (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in event coordination, client servicing, sponsorship sales, or marketing.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
