You’ll manage a dedicated workforce of 60 housekeeping staff, ensure top-tier service quality, legal compliance, and contribute to our expansion across Uttarakhand. What You’ll Do 1. Housekeeping & Team Leadership • Supervise and lead a team of 60 housekeeping professionals • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep • Assign tasks, oversee performance, and solve operational challenges 2. Legal Compliance & Documentation • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and documentation • Handle inspections, audits, and statutory reporting 3. Operational Reporting & Inventory • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports • Implement checklists and SOPs for quality control • Track inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies 4. Billing & Invoicing • Generate and process monthly service invoices • Liaise with clients and accounts for timely payments and clarifications 5. Feedback & Service Improvement • Collect and evaluate monthly feedback from clients and team members • Drive improvements based on insights and reviews 6. Growth & Business Development • Explore new business opportunities in Uttarakhand • Build strong client relationships and support regional expansion • Contribute to the growth strategy of MMS Pvt. Ltd.
