Sales & Marketing Manager

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Experience Required: 2–5 Years Location: Jabalpur, Katni , Rewa Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales/Marketing Manager or Director Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in FMCG/Food/Consumer Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, building strong client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions or channels. Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the production and logistics team for order fulfillment. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market feedback with management. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events. Support digital and social media marketing efforts when required. Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably FMCG/Food sector). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Willingness to travel for business purposes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Sales growth and achievement of targets. New client acquisition and retention rate. Market coverage and brand visibility. Timely execution of marketing plans.
