Sales & Marketing Manager


Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop data-driven strategies to boost sales of residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Design and oversee lead-to-conversion systems that optimize team performance and customer experience.
  • Guide and support a results-oriented sales team with clear performance metrics.
  • Cultivate a network of brokers, investors, and prospective clients to generate high-quality leads.

Brand Positioning & Marketing Execution:

  • Craft and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
  • Leverage social media, performance marketing, and content storytelling to build consistent visibility.
  • Oversee production of marketing assets — brochures, presentations, project videos, and digital content.
  • Organize launch events, site experiences, and channel partner meets to amplify brand engagement.

Client Engagement & Deal Structuring:

  • Ensure a seamless, consultative sales experience — from enquiry to transaction.
  • Personalize communication strategies based on customer segments and buying behavior.
  • Conduct site presentations, price negotiations, and assist in closing high-value deals.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor local and regional property trends, buyer sentiment, and competitor positioning.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and adjust tactics for maximum return on effort.
  • Present clear insights, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 3–8 years of core experience in real estate sales and marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent sales performance.
  • Strong grasp of real estate tech platforms, digital tools, and CRM systems.
  • A flair for storytelling, relationship-building, and analytical thinking.

  • Deep understanding of local property trends and customer preferences.
