Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, based in Pune. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, creating marketing campaigns, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

Experience in sales strategy development, business development, and market research
Strong customer relationship management and client negotiation skills
Proficiency in marketing campaign creation and execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the transformers or electrical industry is a plus
