Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers including EPC contractors, power utilities, government bodies, and infrastructure developers involved in transmission and distribution (T&D) projects.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach (cold calls, industry expos, LinkedIn, electrical industry forums, and consultant networks).
- Build a robust sales pipeline focused on steel structures, poles, and hardware for electrical line infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders: utility engineers, procurement teams, and project consultants.
- Understand client-specific technical requirements for structures used in substations, overhead lines, and rural electrification.
- Provide continuous support during design review, approval, and post-order service stages.
- Achieve sales targets for electrical line hardware and support structures such as lattice towers, tubular poles, and gantries.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of products such as galvanized steel towers, pole structures, and foundation systems.
- Explain benefits related to structural integrity, corrosion resistance, wind load capacity, and ease of installation.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering team to meet project-specific configurations and compliance codes (e.g., IS, IEC).
- Track and respond to tenders from power utilities, DISCOMs, and large EPCs for line material supply.
- Prepare accurate proposals including BOQs, drawings, compliance documents, and pricing.
- Ensure alignment with technical specifications and submission deadlines.
- Promote the company’s line structure offerings via digital campaigns, brochures, and participation in T&D conferences or electrical expos.
- Contribute to marketing content development—site application images, case studies from T&D projects, and client testimonials.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, vendor meets, and technical seminars.
- Monitor trends in raw material pricing (steel, zinc), market demand (urban/rural electrification), and competitor product positioning.
- Share actionable insights with leadership to guide pricing strategies and product development.
- Identify emerging opportunities in hybrid projects (e.g., solar + T&D infrastructure).
- Track customer orders from inquiry through dispatch, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
- Liaise with internal departments including production, QA/QC, and logistics to maintain quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Keep clients updated with order status and proactively resolve any bottlenecks or concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, orders, and feedback.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and market dynamics.
- Ensure all commercial documentation (purchase orders, invoices, approvals) is properly managed and archived.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
