We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue-generating efforts across both sales and marketing channels. This role is responsible for building and executing strategic plans to drive customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, as well as B2B/B2C sales processes.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools; track and improve conversion rates.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, email, social media) and offline channels (events, print, PR).
Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all campaigns.
Oversee content development, branding, and lead generation initiatives.
Analyze customer data and market trends to refine target segments and messaging.
Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
