Sales & Marketing Manager - Entertainment

About The Opportunity

A growth-oriented company operating in the Entertainment & Media sector in India—delivering digital content, live experiences, brand partnerships and audience-driven campaigns across platforms and venues. We are scaling commercial operations to expand distribution, monetise IP, and build deep brand and agency relationships nationwide.Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a revenue-driven sales & marketing strategy for content, events, sponsorships and brand collaborations to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Prospect, pitch and close sponsorships and partnership deals with brands, advertisers, platforms and agencies—manage full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing.
  • Design and run integrated marketing campaigns (performance + brand) to drive ticketing, subscriptions, viewership and lead generation in key markets.
  • Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with content, production and finance teams.
  • Use CRM and analytics to track pipeline, measure campaign ROI, optimise funnels and present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership.
  • Create compelling sales collateral, rate cards, pitch decks and commercial proposals tailored to brand objectives and audience insights.
