Position: Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager – Monoblock Sales

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets for Monoblock systems, including doors, windows, and modular solutions.
  • Client & Channel Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, and channel partners. Manage key accounts and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Project Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end process from product presentation to order closure, coordinating with internal teams for timely execution.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and project management teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Science (B.Sc), or Business Administration. An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • Industry Experience:
  • 7–9 years in sales within the building materials or fenestration industry, with a focus on B2B sales and project-based selling.
  • Software Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
