Role Summary: The Sales General Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue, boost occupancy, and strengthen the brand positioning of Celebrity Resort, Shamirpet. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the MICE, weddings, leisure, and corporate travel segments, with a proven record of exceeding targets in the resort or upscale hotel industry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Key Responsibilities: Sales strategy · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve room, banquet, F&B, and event sales targets · Drive business from corporate clients, travel agents, wedding planners, event organizers, and OTAs · Identify new markets and customer segments for growth and build long-term B2B partnerships · Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain guests and clients. This includes identifying new markets, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. Business Development & Client Relations · Build and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business · Conduct sales visits, property show-arounds, presentations, and networking events · Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns Marketing Coordination · Collaborate with the marketing team for brand-building, digital campaigns, and promotional offers · Assist in the development of brochures, digital content, and seasonal packages · Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly Team Leadership & Reporting · Lead a team of sales executives and coordinators; mentor, motivate, and monitor performance · Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review · Set sales targets and ensure alignment with the resort’s overall revenue goals Event & MICE Sales · Actively pitch for and manage weddings, destination events, conferences, and retreats · Coordinate with operations and banquet teams for seamless event execution Candidate Profile: · Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred) · 8–12 years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role at a resort or upscale hotel · Strong network across Telangana/AP region, especially in MICE, corporate, and wedding segments · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Proficient in CRM tools, sales dashboards, and OTA platforms · Dynamic, target-driven, and highly motivated personality Remuneration: Competitive salary + Sales Incentives + Perks (On-site accommo Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 12/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
