Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing specialization is a plus)

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early professionals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and business development, particularly within the IT and technology domain.

You will play a key role in generating business opportunities, promoting IT services, and building strong customer relationships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, events, and social media.

Understand client requirements and promote relevant IT services/solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients for long-term engagement.

Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, digital promotions, and brand awareness.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure timely deal closures.

Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand IT services and explain concepts clearly.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms is a plus.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree (any stream); MBA/Marketing/IT background preferred.

Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).

Prior experience (0–3 years) in Sales/Marketing/Business Development, preferably in IT, will be an advantage.

Lucknow-based candidates preferred.
