Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
• Identify and manage distributors, dealers & channel partners
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Deliver presentations, negotiate & close business deals
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions & promotions

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or Electrical/Electronics
• 5+ years in sales & marketing (Solar/Energy sector preferred)
• Strong understanding of hybrid solar inverters & market trends
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
