Sales Marketing Executive

As a Sales Executive at Bareilly Creations Sadashiva Sustainables, your role will involve identifying and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business clients, explaining the benefits of our eco-friendly cane/bamboo products, and promoting furniture, decor, and gifting solutions. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue through commission-based incentives. Additionally, you will need to maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales performance, as well as represent the brand at exhibitions, stalls, and promotional events when required. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business clients - Explain product benefits and promote cane/bamboo-based furniture, decor, and gifting solutions - Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue through commission-based incentives - Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales performance - Represent the brand at exhibitions, stalls, and promotional events when required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree (Freshers or candidates with sales experience can apply) - Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently - Prior experience in sales/marketing (FMCG, handicraft, retail, or eco-friendly products preferred) - Passion for sustainability and green lifestyle At Bareilly Creations, we offer attractive commission-based earnings where the more you sell, the more you earn.
