Role Description

Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and direct outreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and business clientsExplain product benefits and promote cane/bamboo-based furniture, décor, and gifting solutionsAchieve sales targets and maximize revenue through commission-based incentivesMaintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales performanceRepresent the brand at exhibitions, stalls, and promotional events when required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Freshers or candidates with sales experience can apply)Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independentlyPrior experience in sales/marketing (FMCG, handicraft, retail, or eco-friendly products preferred)Passion for sustainability and green lifestyle
