SkillArion is hiring: Marketing & Sales Executives – Engineering Colleges SkillArion Development Pvt Ltd is expanding fast and aiming to partner with 100+ engineering and diploma colleges across India through strategic MoUs. To power this growth, we are hiring driven Marketing & Sales Executives focused on the higher-education space. In this role, you will: Pitch SkillArion's ecosystem of AI/ML, Automation & Robotics, Quantum Computing and emerging tech workshops, along with long-term internships and MoU-based services to college decision-makers. Directly engage Principals, TPOs and HoDs, understand their pain points (placements, skill gaps, lab utilization, NAAC), and convert them into clear value-driven proposals. Own the full sales cycle: prospect colleges, run cold calls and WhatsApp outreach, handle objections, schedule and conduct meetings, and drive MoUs to closure with disciplined CRM tracking. Who should apply: You are hungry to sell, comfortable talking to senior academic stakeholders and disciplined with follow-ups. You are okay with field work, meetings at campuses and performance-linked earnings. Any degree background is welcome – we value your attitude and execution mindset more than your degree. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals both welcome – if you can learn fast, execute consistently, and drive results, we want you on the team. Prior EdTech / B2B / college sales experience is a plus, but not required. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written) Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Comfort with sales CRM tools and basic spreadsheet management Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to travel and meet college stakeholders in person Problem-solving and objection-handling ability Nice-to-have Skills: Prior sales or business development experience Knowledge of higher education sector Experience with cold calling or WhatsApp outreach Familiarity with MOU/contract negotiation Location: 2-5 days office per month,Work From Home Compensation: Fixed + performance-based commissions (per MoU). send your resumes/cv to info@skillariondevelopement.in
