About the Role:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services and solutions.
Generate leads, maintain client databases, and follow up for conversion.
Understand client requirements and pass on qualified leads to the business development team.
Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle inbound queries effectively and provide necessary information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

Minimum
1 year of telecalling/telesales experience
, preferably in the
IT domain
.
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Basic understanding of
IT services and solutions
.
Ability to handle client objections and provide clear, persuasive responses.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or related software is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at multitasking.
