Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients for IT products/services.
Explain software solutions, IT services, or training programs clearly.
Generate leads, schedule meetings, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly with prospects.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of telecalling or inside sales experience (IT domain preferred).
Excellent communication in Hindi and basic English.
Knowledge of basic IT terms and concepts.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
