Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve business goals and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities:🔹 Sales:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals. 🔹 Marketing:Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based). Manage social media platforms and update website content to support brand visibility. Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to improve positioning. Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials. Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. 🔹 Reporting & Analysis:Track sales and marketing performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and marketing strategies. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in [industry]. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, email marketing). Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
