Job Description

As a Marketing & Sales Executive in the company, your role involves promoting and selling cleanroom products and solutions to clients in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, food processing, and healthcare. Your success in this position will be driven by your strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and proven track record in B2B sales and industrial marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients for cleanroom solutions through various methods such as industry networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. - Generate new leads and opportunities to expand the client base. - Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of cleanroom solutions. - Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals successfully. Marketing Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital & online) to enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and product literature. - Participate in industry trade shows, expos, and technical seminars to increase brand awareness. - Perform market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Customer Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Provide after-sales support and assist in resolving any client issues in coordination with the technical/service team. Qualifications Required: - MBA degree (B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering is a plus). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cleanroom or controlled environment industry. - Knowledge of cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644, GMP, etc., is highly preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. Key Skills: - Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain cleanroom systems effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in negotiation and persuasion techniques. - Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required.,
