Qualifications

2yrs of Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research
Strong Communication skills for client interaction and relationship building
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies
Proficiency in working within a team and independently
Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge of the HR industry and services will be an advantage

Resident of Erode, Salem, Tirupur, Karur or Coimbatore preferred.
