As a Marketing & Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling cleanroom products and solutions to clients in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, food processing, and healthcare. Your strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and proven track record in B2B sales and industrial marketing will be key to your success in this role. **Responsibilities:** - **Sales & Business Development:** - Identify and engage potential clients for cleanroom solutions (products or services). - Generate new leads through industry networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. - Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations. - Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts. - **Marketing:** - Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & online) to increase brand visibility. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create brochures, case studies, and product literature. - Participate in industry trade shows, expos, and technical seminars. - Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - **Customer Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues in coordination with the technical/service team. **Qualifications:** - MBA (B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering is a plus) - 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cleanroom or controlled environment industry. - Knowledge of cleanroom standards (ISO 14644, GMP, etc.) is highly preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. **Key Skills:** - Strong technical aptitude with an ability to understand and explain cleanroom systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to travel to client sites and industry events.
