Role Overview:

We are seeking a techno-commercial Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships across pharma, chemical, steel, and foundry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:

   Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector for magnesium turnings and powders.

• Client Management:

   Build strong relationships with procurement heads, R&D teams, production managers, and other key stakeholders.

• Technical Advisory:

   Act as a subject matter expert to advise customers on product applications, specifications, and customized solutions.

• Marketing Initiatives:

   Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product presentations, and participate in relevant trade shows and industry events.

• Lead Management:

   Manage inquiries, send proposals, conduct technical discussions, and convert leads into sales orders.

• Market Intelligence:

   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and report insights for strategy adjustments.

• Sales Reporting:

   Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and update management regularly.

• Customer Support:

   Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–6 years' experience in B2B industrial sales.
• Experience selling into 

  pharma, chemical, steel

  , or 

  foundry

   industries is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, technical presentation, and negotiation skills.
