Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and digital channels.

• Manage and grow relationships with new or existing clients to ensure fresh or repeat business.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Collaborate with the design and product teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings.

• Execute marketing campaigns across offline and online platforms.

• Track sales targets and provide regular reports to management.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or promotional events.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, email campaigns, social media)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• MBA in Marketing (preferred)

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles
