Sales & Marketing Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Identify and onboard B2B customers such as wholesalers, distributors, kirana stores, grocery chains, hostels, dhabas, gyms, and institutional buyers. Promote our brands Sattu products with clear pricing, quality, and margin communication. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in volume and value. Develop bulk sales orders (25 kg, 50 kg, 100 kg and above). Market Expansion & Channel Management Appoint and manage distributors and sub-distributors in assigned areas. Ensure product availability and visibility at retail and wholesale points. Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor pricing and schemes. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with traders and bulk buyers. Handle negotiations on pricing, credit limits (if applicable), and delivery schedules. Resolve customer complaints related to supply, quality, or billing. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily sales visit reports and order tracking. Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth dispatch and payment collection. Share market feedback to improve pricing, packaging, and schemes. Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / food products / agro-products B2B sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of local wholesale markets and distribution networks is a plus. Ability to work independently in the field. Basic understanding of billing, margins, and payment cycles. Two-wheeler required; smartphone mandatory. Preferred Candidates Experience in flour, atta, sattu, pulses, spices, or FMCG bulk sales. Existing contacts with wholesalers or distributors. Candidates from local market background.
