Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive with expertise in solar energy solutions to drive B2B/B2C sales, manage client relationships, and facilitate end-to-end solar project consultations for commercial/industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Follow up on telecaller-generated solar inquiries, schedule site visits, and conduct client meetings. Technical Assessment: Measure electricity consumption, forecast energy needs, and coordinate with supervisors for system design. Deal Closure: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts. Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business. Liaise with DISCOMs/Government Solar Bodies (e.g., GEDA) for policy updates and compliance. Collaborate with solar panel/inverter manufacturers for tech updates and cost negotiations. Customer Service: Resolve grievances, collect feedback, and ensure post-sale satisfaction. Requirements: Education: Graduate (Any discipline). Experience: 1+ year in field sales (Solar/Energy sector preferred). Skills: Basic understanding of solar panel installation and energy systems. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Language: Intermediate English + Local Language. Shift: Full-time (Day). Age: 20–35 years | Gender: Male
