Sales & Marketing Professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    sales and marketing strategies

    to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Identify and acquire new clients; build and maintain a strong customer base in assigned regions.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver customized lighting and electrical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling

    sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

    .
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual

    sales targets

    and KPIs set by management.
  • Plan and implement

    digital marketing campaigns

    (social media, SEO, email marketing).
  • Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and follow-ups using

    CRM tools

  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Represent the company at

    trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

    to promote products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years

    of experience in Sales & Marketing within the

    Electrical or Lighting industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, market trends, and competitors.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Highly

    self-motivated

    , target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    and

    CRM software

    .
  • Graduate degree (any discipline); technical background is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of

    digital marketing tools and strategies

  • Experience in

    B2B sales

    , channel sales, and key account management.
  • Familiarity with
