Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive, based in Mahendragarh. The Sales Marketing Executive will manage day-to-day tasks such as market planning and research, building communication strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing marketing initiatives. The role will involve maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth by aligning sales initiatives with market demands. This position requires proactive collaboration with internal teams and clients to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Planning, including the ability to develop and implement effective strategies tailored to market trends.
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive Market Research to identify opportunities, understand competition, and analyze customer needs.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven abilities in Sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Experience in Marketing techniques and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions, especially related to Industry 4.0 or manufacturing, is a plus.
