About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling products/services to other businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and target potential B2B clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.
Pitch and present products/services tailored to client requirements.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closures.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience in SaaS, IT services, or startup sales.
Knowledge of lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
Existing network of B2B clients in relevant industries.
