Qualification- MBA with marketing specialization.

• BBA or Graduation in any subject with 1–2-year experience in sales & marketing.

• *1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing is an added advantage.

• Sales & marketing Executive:

• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

• Implementing new sales strategies.

• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.

• Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends.

• Strong analytical, organizational & creative thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal & customer service skills. Good Communication & maintaining relation with Customers

• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

• The ability to work under pressure.

• Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads

• Reaching out to prospects through calls or emails to assess their needs

• Nurturing the leads and understanding their issues inside out

• Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections

• Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value

• Negotiating with customers. Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue.

• Customer service, selling, negotiating and influencing, analysis and decision-making, and management skills.

• Meeting customers & explaining about product & services

• Maintain client database

• Handling Customers - Promote and sell company’s products and services

• Maintain and expand customer feedback database

• Expand client base- Develop, implement, maintain sales and marketing plans and policies

• Increasing sales- Developing the sales process.

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales and marketing tactics
