Dunboxed is a boutique analytics consultancy that helps companies turn their messy data into their most valuable asset. We partner with businesses to build the data strategies, systems, and dashboards that drive real-world outcomes.


Your Mission

This is not a traditional sales role, and we're not looking for a traditional salesperson. Your mission is to work directly with our Founder as a "force-multiplier." You will be the architect and operator of our sales and marketing engine.

Your primary goal is not to close deals. It is to build a system that identifies, attracts, and schedules meetings with high-value potential clients. Your success is measured by a full calendar for the Founder.


What You'll do:

1. Sales Funnel & Operations (60%):

  • Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Research:

    Work with the Founder to research and define our perfect clients—what industries, company sizes, and job titles to target.
  • List Building:

    Own the "gold mine." You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and meticulously maintain our master list of prospects.
  • CRM Management:

    You will be the master of our CRM (e.g., HubSpot). Every interaction, every lead status, and every follow-up will be tracked perfectly.
  • Outreach Execution:

    Run targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns. Many of these will be "on behalf of" the Founder, so your writing must be professional, persuasive, and precise.
  • Lead Nurturing:

    Manage all follow-ups, ensuring no qualified lead ever falls through the cracks.

2. Marketing & Content Support (40%):

  • Content "Atomization":

    Take one of the Founder's core ideas or case studies and "atomize" it—turning it into 10 LinkedIn posts, 2 email newsletter blurbs, and 3 partner-facing one-pagers.
  • Partner Channel Support:

    Help identify and build materials for our referral partners (e.g., consultants, IT firms).
  • Social Media Management:

    Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, sharing insights and case studies to build our authority.

    You live by your to-do lists, love a clean spreadsheet, and find joy in creating order out of chaos. You have a system for everything.
  • An Exceptional Writer:

    You can write a concise, professional, and compelling email. You understand the difference between "your" and "you're."
  • A Digital Native & Fast Learner:

    You can master new software (like a CRM or Sales Navigator) in a weekend. You are scrappy and find solutions, not excuses.
  • Proactive & "Low-Ego":

    You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a problem, propose a solution, and execute it. You're ready to do the "un-glorious" work that builds a great company.
  • Curious:

    You have a genuine interest in the world of data, analytics, and tech.


Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, operations, or executive assistant role. (Exceptional recent graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Demonstrable experience in organizing projects or managing complex tasks.
  • Experience with a CRM (like HubSpot) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a huge plus, but not required.
