Sales & Marketing Associate

As a Sales & Marketing Associate at STEM World India, you will play a crucial role in representing the company in schools and institutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and engaging prospective schools, activity centers, and academic institutions. - Conducting field visits, product demos, and interactive sessions with educators. - Supporting STEM lab setups, workshops, and events. - Building and maintaining relationships with academic leaders and decision-makers. - Representing STEM World India at expos, fairs, and community events. - Developing and executing sales & marketing campaigns to meet targets. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of proven experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the education sector. Experience in product demonstrations and client engagement will be an added advantage. The key skills required for this role include excellent communication & presentation skills, the ability to conduct product demos and connect with diverse audiences, strong relationship-building and networking skills, and a target-driven mindset with a passion for education and technology. Familiarity with STEM education trends and academic needs is preferred.
